All welcome no matter if an experienced karateka or would like to just have a go. First lesson free. Ages from 6 years old to 80+

Karate is for all no matter what physical shape you are in. Individuals are encouarged to work within their own limitations.

Meets every Wednesday evening from 6.30pm for various training sessions at the Pagham Village Hall, Pagham Road. Pagham.
