A meeting of the Group was held at The Glade Infants School on Wednesday 19th November 2003, starting at 7.00 pm. Present:

Mark Williams, William Harvey, Mr & Mrs Gostling, Dave Benham

Ron Black took the chair for this meeting.

1. An amendment to the Minutes of the meeting held on 24th September 2003 was requested by Pauline Williams. The amendment was to add her name to the list of appologies for non-attendance
2. The remainder of the meeting was dedicated to the discussion of the first draft of the group's constitution document, and making amendments to bring it into line with the Committee's requirements. The amendments to be incorporated into the typed version for presentation at the Group's next meeting.
3. Date of Next Meeting - Although a provisional date was set for December this was not possible due to the school hall being used for the carol concert and nativity play performances, so the next meeting will be held at the Glade Infants School on Wednesday 7th January 2004, to start at 7.00 pm.
